Project Brief
Design and construction of a new maintenance facility for the Gulph Mills Golf Club. The prominence and visibility of this facility prompted us to design this to resemble a dairy barn. The complex included administration offices, employee locker rooms, break room maintenance shop, cold storage, materials silos and bins, chemical and hazardous material storage, equipment storage and a state-of-the-art wash-off, pesticide fill and fueling areas tied to a recycling/filtration system.
